How to….
Using the ultimate pizza oven is an awesome experience, whether you’re a complete novice or seasoned, wood firing, pizza making pro. Have a quick watch of the Gozney video for operating instructions or, we can give you some quick tips (or full tuition!) As with the smaller pizza ovens, everything will be provided. Wood (please only use the wood provided!), tools, fresh pizza dough and home made salsa. All you will need to bring is your favourite cheese and toppings.
